As we approach the festive season, we’d like to inform you that our Supervising Architect and Managing Agents will be taking a well-deserved break. During this time, there will be a temporary closure for the processing of Major and Minor Works Applications.
Major Works Applications
📆 Dates of Closure: 15 December 2023 – 5 January 2024
⏰ Last Day for Major Applications: Monday, 11th December 2023 (before close of business)
However, don’t worry! You can still submit Minor Works Applications for an additional 10 days as the Managing Agents will still be in the office until the 23rd December.
Minor Works Applications
📆 Dates of Closure: 23 December 2023 – 5 January 2024
⏰ Last Day for Minor Applications: Wednesday, 22nd December 2023 (before close of business)
Please plan accordingly and ensure any Major and Minor Works Applications are submitted by the specified date. Application approvals will resume promptly after the festive break.
