Founded in 2019, the Canal East Homeowners Association has been set up to service the residents of the area by providing guidelines for harmonious living as well as rules and regulations which have been established in accordance with those set out by Garden Cities. The rules and regulations set out aim to ensure that all of the residents of the area benefit from their property investments whilst enjoying the benefits of living in our beautiful area.
